New Patients

Once you click "Book Your Initial Consultation," you will be guided through our secure client scheduling portal.

Please follow the steps below to complete your booking:

1. Click Book a Free 15-Minute Consultation and open my Headway scheduling page.

2. Select your state (Headway will only show availability in states where we are licensed).

3. Choose the Consultation appointment type and your preferred format (Virtual or In-Person, if available).

4. Pick a date and time from the calendar, then enter your contact information (and create/sign into your Headway account if prompted).

5. Add your insurance (or select self-pay) and click Confirm/Book to finalize your consultation.

After Scheduling
Once your consultation is booked you will receive a confirmation by email. Your new client portal will allow you to complete intake paperwork, manage future appointments, and access therapy tools.
